What if I have a "mixed" pet household?


My heart belongs to cats, but I’m happy to assist with other pets upon request! Whether it's feeding the fish or checking on a bunny, just let me know when you book.

How will I know how my cat is doing?


You’ll never have to wonder! I provide regular updates via text, including photos and status reports after my visits. You'll have peace of mind knowing your fur babies are happy, healthy, and having fun.

What payment options do you offer?

Whether you prefer the simplicity of cash or the speed of a digital wallet like Apple Pay or Venmo, I’ve got you covered. Check your confirmation email for a direct link to pay, or visit the Schedule a Visit page for a full list of accepted methods.

What if I have to cancel my trip?

No charges apply for cancellations made with prior notice. Please see the Service Documentation for more detailed information on our policies.

What if I return home early?


I understand that travel plans can shift. If you need to end your trip early, please just let me know as soon as possible so we can adjust your schedule and discuss any necessary billing updates.

What if my pet becomes ill while I’m away?


Your cat’s health is my top priority. Please ensure your Veterinarian is listed in your client profile. If a health concern arises, I will contact you immediately via phone to discuss the situation. Should a vet visit be necessary, I will safely transport your pet to your designated clinic or the nearest emergency vet.

What if my pett has specific feeding & medication needs?


I am happy to accommodate any unique feeding or medication requirements. I follow your instructions to the letter to ensure your pet’s health and routine remain consistent. Please include these details in your Pet Sitter profile so I can provide the best care possible.

Can my pets meet you before my trip?


ABSOLUTELY! I offer a free 15–20 minute Meet & Greet prior to your first reservation. This allows both you and your pets to get comfortable with me while you are present. Since my goal is to provide a stress-free experience, this is the perfect time to walk through your routine and address any specific questions or concerns.

Can you water my plants?

To keep your home running smoothly while you travel, I provide the following at no extra charge:

​Package Retrieval (keeping them safe from the porch!)

​Indoor Plant Watering

​Light/Blind Adjustment (to give your home a "lived-in" look)

My cat likes to go outside. Will you let them out?


To ensure your cat remains safe and secure, I maintain an "Indoors Only" policy during my visits. My top priority is your cat’s well-being, and keeping them inside prevents them from getting lost or injured while you are away.
